I had so much fun tonight with my girl and her friends. We went out to BassWars @ The Blue Frog Cantina (FREE 18+) with Atlanta producers Mayhem and Charlie P and not to mention Athens’ own D;RC. EVERYONE KILLED IT!!! I had a hard time stumbling out of there in order to make my way down to East Side Lounge to catch the Jeru The Damaja DJ SET/live performance. i heard him rock a couple classics like “your playin yourself” and “the bitches,” LIVE!! It was supposed to be a dj set but he ended up doing a couple joint and tearing the place down. Earlier tonight I ran into Abomb who is working on a dope ass single with TrillBass. Keep your ears open cuz this one is sure to be grimey. Big shouts to everyone I saw over in the east atlanta village. I had not been out all week and tonight felt like the party that i needed. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did this weekend. Wish me luck in court on monday. thanks for the support. <3

Every year, ALR Events sponsors a fundraiser for an animal shelter that specializes in bully breeds. This year ALR Events along with the Gallish Group is proudly sponsoring:
Atlanta Underdog Initiative will be using proceeds from this event for Gracie’s surgery (her pics are on the event page):
“Gracie needs to have what is known as a TTA procedure. It is in essence a cruciate surgical repair, but unlike a common ligature procedure the bone is altered instead of simply having synthetic ligaments installed in the leg. The specialist felt that she needed to have a TTA rather than simple cruciate repair as she is a very young and active dog. She had a simple cruciate repair done on her left leg back in May and we haven’t been thrilled with the results, even though we followed her care instructions exactly as directed. We were told that she would most likely blow out the right leg when the left was repaired. The care time was much longer with a simple cruciate repair than with a TTA.
She will have the surgery done at Beaver Crossing Animal Hospital in Lilburn. The clinic number is 770-921-4981. Gracie’s estimate will be under Patricia Siems and K9 Rescue League. There are also two other dogs having cruciate surgery under K9 Rescue League, so any donations called in for Gracie must be specifically designated for her.
The total without tax is $ 2,103.42. The surgery alone is $1,593.7. Everything else is for blood work, xrays, 2 days hospitalization and surgical supplies. “
